KENSRI school has introduced a unique concept called "Student Mapping Program" (SMP). This is a process of putting in a comprehensive road map of the programs for the child. This comprehensive road map includes all the aspects that KENSRI Schools program offers with clear targets along the way.

KENSRI School staff includes teachers for academic requirement; coaches for sports skills; art teachers for exposure to arts and culture; and resource people for honing individual talent, projects, and other aspects of personality development. These professionals along with a doctor round out the professional experts that help the parents chart out the map. These experts with the parents now form protective WEB around the child. The child map is an agreement on the roles played and results to be achieved by all those involved in the WEB, including the parents
