Team-competition-MVP
Children come to school to learn from each other. Teams are the first step to a sense of belonging. It also helps the students compete and show pride for their school. Regular competitions help the students know their position in that field of participation. They can then understand their preparation and performance. The constant participation-review and preparation for the next is a deliberate way to move towards their full potential. Along the way they also learn how their competitors are preparing, making friends with them too, learning about good team spirit, being a leader, and helping a team and so many aspects of social participation. When a student exemplifies all these traits they obviously should be recognised as the "Most Valuable Person (MVP) of the team.
